Kubica makes remarkable comparison: 'Like s*x with a doll'
- Toby McLuskie
Robert Kubica appears not to be a fan of Formula E. The former Formula 1 driver posted a rather remarkable comparison between the electric class and other racing classes during an Italian podcast. Lucas di Grassi, a former Formula E champion, now answers the Pole.
In the podcast Gurulandia, Kubica - currently racing in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) - was asked if he ever considered doing Formula E. "I’m not against electric track cars, no, in fact, I’ve had some various offers and I’ve refused a lot of money," he said. "No, no, for me, a track vehicle or a competitive vehicle, it must make noise. I have a saying but it’s bad to say it out loud…It’s a bit like having s*x with an inflated doll. I remember the smell of petrol. In 2006 in the pit lane, when Alonso’s Renault passed, there was that scent that reminded me of go-karts."

Kubica's statement has also been heard in Formula E. German website Formel-e spoke to Di Grassi and asked the Brazilian to comment. He replied wittily: "First of all, I don't know what it's like to have sex with a rubber doll. If he knows that, there is something wrong with him," Di Grassi laughed.
