Sargeant better than ever next season? 'This is what I'm doing to get there'

Several drivers and other F1 personnel have already indicated that the current F1 calendar is asking a lot of them. The two longer breaks from racing in summer and winter are therefore much needed. For Williams driver Logan Sargeant, these periods of rest are crucial, he told GPBlog and others.
2023 was a tough season for Sargeant. In your year as a rookie, a lot of eyes are on you and a lot is expected of you. Results were mostly lacking for the American. After the summer break, he indicated that a break from racing would give him a chance to reset and unwind.
Sargeant better than ever?
This would ensure that he would come back better after a break than before according to him. He expects to do the same in the winter break and come back stronger next year. "I think the best chance to learn is when you take a step back and really look back at what's happened. Look back at what you could have done better. Look back at the areas that need improving. And at the same time, just relaxing lets that sink in as well. Whether you realise it or not, it is making a difference. So honestly, just a month, two, three weeks to a month to step away from the sport is usually beneficial for the long run."
Sargeant is going to do that unwind in his native country, America. "I'm going to get back as soon as I can. It's really my place of true relaxation, true mind recharge. I'll do my training camp out there as well. I'm going to be happy to be home for a little bit."
