Alonso's car gets special livery for his final F1 race!
- Nicolás Quarles van Ufford
McLaren have revealed that they'll be running a special one-off livery for Fernando Alonso in Abu Dhabi, with the two-time champion retiring from Formula 1 after driving his last race there this Sunday.
The Spaniard is a 17-year veteran in Formula 1 and has always been considered as one of if not the best driver of his generation. His impeccable racecraft always see him extracting every inch of performance out of his car on Sundays. His poor choice of teams throughout his career have hindered him from having more success, but Alonso is still a man that should be celebrated. Hence, McLaren have made this one-off livery for the Asturian, with the three colours of his helmet all featuring prominently on the back of the car.
