To the outside world, Red Bull Racing's atmosphere seems much calmer. But a lot is happening behind the scenes. For instance, the Red Bull employee who accused Christian Horner has appealed.

After the short-lived public battle between Christian Horner and Helmut Marko, the Red Bull Racing team seems to have chosen to resolve such matters away from the public eye. According to former F1 driver Christijan Albers, the drama surrounding the team will not end anytime soon.

Caution is in order for Red Bull Racing

"That is also still not over and that will continue throughout the year as well. Only they will have agreed more with each other to make that less noticeable," Albers told De Telegraaf Formula 1 podcast. The former F1 driver suggests that most of the rumours and stories come from within. "They have noticed that if they address their confidants all in the paddock, it still secretly becomes a mess anyway, because everyone is chattering anyway and you see how that works in the Formula 1 world. It's just a piranha world and we have a few sharks swimming in between.''

Another reason why it looks calmer now from Red Bull's side is because the staff are much more careful in what they do and tell others. "I think there is just a lot of pressure on that team and they are also all a bit afraid of what is said and they are also afraid of being taken to task. They are afraid of losing their jobs," Albers said.
