Wolff not at all happy after Hamilton's second place finish

Toto Wolff is not happy after the sprint race in China. Although Lewis Hamilton finished second, Wolff also sees his Mercedes struggling with a lack of pace. It therefore worries the Austrian for the rest of the weekend.
"I am not happy," Wolff revealed to Sky Germany when asked about his initial reaction. It is remarkable after a good second place for Hamilton. George Russell even managed to score points despite starting from P11. In conversation with Viaplay Wolff explained why was frustrated with this performance.
What did Wolff think of the P2 for Hamilton?
"Yes, I think the positive is that it's a P2 and that's solid. The performance was there. We take the positives. But also, realistically, these guys behind us fought with each other, held each other up. We are where we are. It’s a top six car and this is what we need to acknowledge and work on from here," Wolff said.
Wolff is, therefore, not very optimistic about qualifying, although some adjustments may be made to the car before qualifying. "Yes, that's good. So, you're not locking in the performance potential. I think it's going to be fought between Ferraris, the McLaren, Alonso, us and the Red Bulls," Wolff concludes by saying that the silver bullet has not been found yet.
