Max Verstappen has received three fines from the
FIA for exceeding the speed limit in the pit lane at
Silverstone. During the reconnaissance laps for the
British Grand Prix, the
Red Bull Racing driver drove just a little too fast in the pitlane on three occasions.
As many as three documents with Verstappen's name on them were published by the
FIA. During his reconnaissance laps prior to the
Formula 1 race, the Dutchman exceeded the maximum permitted speed in the pit lane no less than three times. Each time it was less than half a kilometre per hour, so the fines are not high either: Verstappen has to pocket 100 euros per offence. The same incident occured twice for
Alexander Albon.
