Last weekend in Zandvoort, we saw mixed conditions throughout the weekend, as rain affected running in practice. For both qualifying and the race, however, it was dry, and Lando Norris stormed to his second Grand Prix victory. Speaking of storms, there is a small chance one may be faced at the Italian Grand Prix as thunderstorm warnings hit the weather reports for Sunday. This is the full weather forecast for Sunday at the Italian Grand Prix.

The weather forecast for the Italian Grand Prix

Friday at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza circuit was very warm, as the sun stayed out for the majority of the day and brought high temperatures to the Italian Grand Prix. On Saturday, it was hot once again, with temperatures of 33 degrees Celcius coming down onto the 'Temple of Speed'.

Those bright and warm conditions will continue for the Grand Prix, which begins at 2PM BST. Temperatures of 32 degrees Celsius are still expected for race day after they were reported yesterday. It's set to be mostly cloudy, but the chance of rain that was once at 23% is now just at 1%, meaning there will be no rain hitting Monza all weekend. And even with the cloud cover, temperatures will still be sky-high and lead to a very hot track for the tyres this afternoon.

Although there are thunderstorm warnings in the area in and around Monza today, it's looking like it will be a dry and hot weekend in northern Italy as we head towards the end of summer.
