Arvid Lindblad prepares for Formula 1 at Red Bull Racing

What drivers have to endure as they try to reach Formula 1 with Red Bull

Arvid Lindblad, who is potentially one of Britain's future F1 stars, has showcased some of the training that occurs in the Red Bull Junior team. Lindblad's Formula 3 season has ended and Formula 1 has a gap in the schedule but that doesn't mean the drivers are taking it easy.

In the video below, Arvid Lindblad goes through his training routine. The Brit has graduated to Formula 2 and will drive for Campos Racing in the 2025 Formula 2 season. Lindblad, along with his rivals, hopes to get to Formula 1 as soon as possible. The training will be important.
