Ted Kravitz believes Red Bull after seeing illegal system

After seeing Red Bull's infamous ride height adjustment system, even Ted Kravitz seems convinced that Red Bull Racing is telling the truth. According to the Sky Sports reporter, Red Bull cannot have deployed this illegally.

After the first free practice session, the FIA visited the Red Bull garage to examine the RB20. They were shown how to adjust front bib clearance. This system is in the car at Red Bull Racing, and Red Bull's competitors suspect the team used it to adjust the ride height during Parc Fermé conditions.

Kravitz believes Red Bull Racing

Red Bull chief mechanic Ole Schack showed the FIA staff how the system works, but Ted Kravitz watched on. The Sky Sports reporter was still in the pitlane with the film crew, explaining how the system works. Once Kravitz saw how that system worked, he believed Red Bull's explanation. Kravitz has been known to be critical of Red Bull in the past.

"The more I see about how this device works, the more I'm starting to truly believe Red Bull Racing when they say that we couldn't. It would be evident on CCTV to get this device in there and start screwing a little nut that actually affects a bit of the car. So now I've seen how it actually works I'm starting to think there's no way they could have done this in Parc Fermé without a scrutineer picking up on it and saying, 'I'm going to refer this back to the FIA'," he said.
