One of today's hottest topics was the GPDA's statement. The lack of response from the FIA has caused weariness across the grid. With the replacement of the Race Direction, Niels Wittich, many drivers questioned the decision as only three races are left in the 2024 season. Some drivers, such as Lando Norris, took to Wittich's defence, while others noted that they had no clue it was happening. With the season-ending, all eyes are on Rui Marques and the FIA. Did they make the right decisions?

Tsunoda stopped by US Customs

While travelling to the United States, Yuki Tsunoda was stopped by border control and detained for a few hours. When speaking about the ordeal, Tsunoda said it was unusual as he has been to the States several times this year. He did note that maybe it was because he was in pyjamas and did not have his whole team with him. However, he was not allowed to call anyone from Formula 1 or his team to get the situation sorted out as he was not allowed his phone. Luckily, they allowed him to continue on his way. 

The battle continues 

Three teams—McLaren, Ferrari, and Red Bull — are fighting for the World Constructors' Championship. The Las Vegas GP could be a turning point. Despite the weather outside, Ferrari is still looking to dominate the Las Vegas strip to close the gap between McLaren. With only 36 points between them, both teams aim to be on the podium. While Red Bull may have fallen from grace, they are looking for the fall to be a short one. Don't count them out just yet, as the drivers and team are still saying they are fighting for it back.
