Since last week in Las Vegas, Max Verstappen is now a four-time world champion. But compared to his recent title wins, the 2024 season didn't go as easily. To thank his team for this season, the Dutchman reportedly organised a party for every Red Bull Racing team member.

Verstappen thanks team for fourth world title

According to De Telegraaf, Verstappen organised a party for all Red Bull employees present in Qatar after the Grand Prix win. This party took place at the St. Regis Hotel in Doha. This would have included all engineers, mechanics and catering staff.

Verstappen organised this party to thank his team for the current season, in which he managed to secure his fourth world title. The Dutchman reportedly gave a speech expressing his appreciation to the team, and all those present, eighty in total, were said to have been impressed by the speech of the now four-time world champion.

But after Sunday, the focus will soon be on the very last Grand Prix of the season. The coming weekend will traditionally mark the end of the year at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. For Verstappen and Red Bull, there is nothing more to come in terms of championships. For the Dutchman, the title is already his, and after the Qatar Grand Prix, it is no longer possible for his team to win the constructors' championship.
