Yuki Tsunoda and Isack Hadjar will make their first appearance in Racing Bulls' new Formula 1 car before the joint livery launch. On February 17, Red Bull Racing's sister team will be in action with the 2025 car during a filming day at the Imola circuit, as the team has confirmed to GPblog.
Racing Bulls will drive 2025 car even before F1 launch
Racing Bulls' new car, likely to be called VCARB 02, will be in action a day before the joint car launch in London. At the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari, Tsunoda and Hadjar will make their first meters in the new car, which will feature a camouflage livery to hide the actual livery for the upcoming season.
Racing Bulls is not the only team to be in action with its new car before the launch. Williams will present the FW47, the car Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz will drive in 2025, at its own event on 14 February. As the actual livery will be shown for the first time during the joint unveiling, the British formation is using a one-off livery for the 2025 car reveal.
Like Red Bull and Mercedes, among others, Racing Bulls is not opting for its own car launch. Instead, the F1 team from Faenza is taking advantage of the joint Formula 1-organised event at London's O2 Arena. There, the 10 teams will unveil their livery for the upcoming season in front of tens of thousands of fans on 18 February.
