Pitt plays Sonny Hayes, a veteran F1 driver, with on-track footage captured over two seasons of real Grand Prix weekends. However, fans won’t have to wait that long for a glimpse—there will be a sneak peek during the F1 75 Live event in London, offering an early look at the film.
Tuesday night is all about F1 75 Live in London, a special event celebrating Formula 1’s 75th anniversary. Held at the O2 Arena, the event will feature the official livery reveals for all teams, kicking off at around 8pm GMT. Tens of thousands of fans will be in attendance, enjoying not just the car unveilings but also plenty of additional entertainment throughout the night.
Sneak peek for Formula One fans in London?
F1 Movie, the official account of the film starring Brad Pitt, has revealed on Instagram that fans will be able to enjoy a sneak peek of the Formula 1 film during F1 75 Live in London. Just a few days ago, a teaser trailer was released on Instagram, but it seems fans will be able to enjoy new footage shot for the film during the F1 75 Live event.
The film follows the Formula 1 journey of Sonny Hayes, played by Brad Pitt, who races for the fictional APXGP team. Filming took place throughout the F1 season, including after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, where Pitt stood on the podium alongside George Russell and Charles Leclerc. Notably, Lewis Hamilton is a co-producer of the project. Fans can expect footage from the sneak peek at F1 75 Live to surface online soon.
