Hadjar learns Red Bull's hard lesson 'in worst moment ever'

- Savannah Lenz
While Helmut Marko clearly said it with a wink, the undertone was clear. The Red Bull Racing and Racing Bulls advisor called the tears of the already crashed Isack Hadjar after the start of the Australian Grand Prix "a bit painful". Hadjar knows what he needs to do moving forward to keep his seat at Racing Bulls.
As all the other Formula 1 drivers were preparing for the start of the Australian Grand Prix, Isack Hadjar was walking back to the paddock. Despite having his helmet on, it was obvious that he was extremely emotional. The French-Algerian had been working toward this moment his whole life and in a split second, his first race start was ruined.
Nice gesture from Hamilton's Father
Most people can undoubtedly understand how the Racing Bulls' driver felt. While it was an extremely hard moment for Hadjar, it turned into a beautiful moment when Anthony Hamilton, Lewis's father, immediately stepped up to Hadjar and comforted him. For those who don't know, Lewis Hamilton has been Hadjar's idol since he was a young boy.
"means a lot knowing that he knew where I was, how bad I felt, to go and see me in the worst moment ever, I think it's nice to hear from him, I really appreciate that. Hadjar later told GPblog and others. Hadjar said Anthony Hamilton told him to "Just keep my head high and be proud of myself, I did well yesterday, nice stuff."
Marko was not happy with Hadjar
Marko was not as forgiving as Hamilton's father. Speaking to Austrian broadcaster ORF, he called Hadjar's tears "a bit painful". Marko has repeatedly been an outspoken member of the paddock and regularly shared his opinions.
It is one way that he, and by extension, Red Bull, works. If Hadjar plans to have a future with the Red Bull Racing family, he will have to get used to that. Hadjar must also not repeat the same mistakes as then Marko will continue to be hard on the rookie.
