Helmut Marko reveals: This is how long Tsunoda gets to prove himself at Red Bull
F1 News

Red Bull advisor, Helmut Marko, has revealed how long F1 driver Yuki Tsunoda will be given to earn his place at Red Bull Racing.
Liam Lawson's tenure at Red Bull Racing only lasted two races, due to his own performance related woes, and Tsunoda's grand start to the 2025 season.
Complimenting the Japanese driver's consistency, claiming his development had turned him into 'a powerhouse' in his column for Speedweek, Marko has now revealed Tsunoda will get 'until the end of the season' to prove his worth at Red Bull Racing.
Marko believes in Tsunoda
Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live, Marko addressed his expectations of Tsunoda. "We believe he can do the job. Tsunoda made a big step.
"It's strange after four years, now in his fifth year, he is a much stronger personality, he has more confidence and he did two very good races, it's just his strategy didn't work at Racing Bulls.
"In this case, a very difficult car experience is something that will help. That was our thoughts".
Marko also admitted that he had pointed out that he and team boss Christian Horner had 'made a mistake' by not choosing Tsunoda as a Max Verstappen's teammate at Red Bull right away.
With the Japanese driver now at the Austrian team it remains to be seen how he will get on with the RB21, and whether he will be able to help the team improve its performance.
