Although the Formula 1 season has not yet started, the 'silly season for 2021, on the other hand, is in full swing. Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc signed up this winter, but there are still many contracts coming to an end. There is a lot of speculation about the future of Sebastian Vettel.

Roos emphasizes that Vettel is not about money, but that losing the status of first driver is especially important. He could in turn take the place of Sainz at McLaren. An exchange that is less crazy than it seems.
"Sebastian and Andreas Seidl know each other well from their time at BMW. McLaren will also get the Mercedes engine, which is not a bad thing. That could be an attractive prospect for Vettel and is perhaps better than staying at Ferrari as a second driver".
Don't Seb! That red car is the closest ever to a Mercedes. How much more money do you need at this point in your life. Loss of status? Who cares?! Your driving will do the talking on the track. No. 1 status is just a piece of paper at this point. Head down and just go for the kill all the time. Keep cool.

Go for it Seb, get out of that crazy, deceiving, lunatic Italian atmosphere. You will be much better off at McLaren (or Haas)
