Good choice of Vettel: ''Racing Point has a much better package than Ferrari''

Sebastian Vettel will not leave Formula 1. The German has signed a contract with the current Racing Point, which will be renamed Aston Martin next season. An excellent choice, according to Ralf Schumacher.
In 2015 Vettel will switch from Red Bull Racing to Ferrari. The by then already four-time world champion is starting to realise his dream: to become world champion with Ferrari. Five seasons later, however, that dream shatters when the German is allowed to leave at the end of 2020.
Vettel gets a more stable car
However, at Aston Martin in 2021, Vettel ends up in a car that can be called a competitive car as a copy of the Mercedes. ''That car looks very stable when you look at the images from the cockpit. Sebastian has always complained about that to Ferrari and I think he can handle the Aston Martin car much better,'' Schumacher says to Sky Germany.
''It is also clear that Racing Point's package is much better than Ferrari's at the moment. In that respect, in the short term, this step could also be much more successful than a place at Ferrari," says Schumacher, who says that Vettel will be increasingly excluded by Ferrari in the run-up to 2021 this season.
