Hamilton: "That's when I would consider quitting"

It is still unclear if Lewis Hamilton will renew his contract at Mercedes. The reason why it is taking so long is also not certain: Is it about money or does Hamilton want to focus on other things?
In Crowdstrike's Formula Success podcast, Hamilton talks about when he's considering quitting, though he doesn't let on whether there's any question of that at the moment.
Hamilton wants to do what makes him happy
"I think we all struggle with something. You have to discover what you are really passionate about and what you love to do. For me personally, there was a moment when that search became too serious."
Hamilton believes it is important to do something that makes him happy. "We only have one life and you have to enjoy what you do. You have to find happiness in it every day. When I stop in the car and drive out of the garage I have a big smile on my face, even after all these years.
"If one day I find that this is no longer the case, that I don't enjoy it anymore, that's when I'll consider quitting," Hamilton concludes.
