Max Verstappen managed to secure an excellent starting position for the British Grand Prix on Saturday. The race at Silverstone is already the tenth of the 2021 season. With a good result, Verstappen can do very good business in the battle for the world title with Lewis Hamilton.

When does the British GP start?

It promises to be an exciting race because where Hamilton was the fastest in qualifying on Friday, it was Verstappen who won the sprint race on Saturday afternoon. It's always difficult to overtake at Silverstone, but Mercedes drives with less wing. This results in a higher top speed, which may make it difficult for Verstappen in his RB16B.

The Grand Prix starts at 15:00 UK time.

Verstappen without help from Perez

Sergio Perez will start from the pit lane after spinning from fifth place in the sprint race. Red Bull has chosen to do this because it allows changes to the setup. Verstappen won't have much help from his teammate on Sunday though, so he'll have to do it on his own.
