The new cars of the F1 teams for 2022 are almost all known. Ferrari introduced the Ferrari F1-75, which team boss Mattia Binotto thinks is a bold move. Ferrari has pushed the new regulations to the limits.

Ferrari F1-75 is a bold car

Binotto already showed his pride at the unveiling of the new car and said that the team has put heart and soul into their car. Talking to Sky Sports F1, the Italian further elaborates on Ferrari's 2022 project where the most striking piece of news is that the F1-75 is a bold car. Ferrari seems to have fully figured out the new regulations and restrictions set for the 2022 cars. So Ferrari seems to be able to win big, or lose big, as a result.

Binotto can't wait to start testing and find out if the correlation is right; does the car on the asphalt in free air do the same as predicted in the wind tunnel? A good foundation is important for every team to build on for the rest of the year, but at Ferrari in recent years it was not always in order. The distinctive Formula One team fell away from the top and took a good step back to the top in 2021. In 2022, Binotto hopes to be back at it. It seems to be all or nothing.

Binotto: "I am very excited because of the new regulations, the new challenge and the new car that I love. It's a brave car, given the way we've interpreted the new rules. I'm very curious to see how it works."
