Driver of the day: Daniel Ricciardo

Congratulations to Daniel Ricciardo who has been voted driver of the day by the fans.

Daniel Ricciardo won the race, moving from 6th to 1st within 10 laps.

This move not only surprised the fans but impressed them as well.

There was plenty of overtaking in China, perhaps to make up for the lack of it Melbourne, and Ricciardo was the conductor of this.

A powerful move past Hamilton was made by the Australian, followed by a glide past Vettel a couple of laps later.

This is certainly what fans have been asking for over the past few years. And who doesn’t love to see Ricciardo’s smile on the top step of the podium, whilst he’s drinking out of his shoe?!
