Max Verstappen has taken the first place again during the Styrian Grand Prix. The Dutchman was much quicker than Lewis Hamilton who set the fastest lap at the end of the race.
Red Bull Racing had an excellent start. Verstappen kept his first starting position and Sergio Pérez made a good impression as well. Hamilton was unable to outsmart his competitor and took P1. At the end of the race, Hamilton decided to go in and get a point for the world championship.
The Englishman himself had to settle for a second final position, while his teammate Valtteri Bottas got no further than third. Pérez made a pit stop at the end of the race in an attempt to overtake Bottas, but the Mexican came up just short of the podium. Lando Norris finished in fifth place with his third starting position.
