We kick off the new Formula 1 season with a bang at GPblog, as our completely redesigned website is live! Behind the scenes, we’ve been working hard over the past months to prepare GPblog for the future. And we’ve been listening closely to you, our community.

Dark mode

Perhaps the most requested feature: dark mode is now available! Perfect for those early and late races or just to give your eyes a break.

Faster commenting & live notifications

Commenting is now faster and more fun. Comments load instantly, and you’ll now get a live notification when someone likes or replies to your comment. So you’ll always stay in the race, even in the comment section.

Race times are back

By popular demand, the race times are back! Clear, easy to find, and available to all users. Now you’ll always know exactly when the sessions start.

Extended times after sessions

New: on the GP pages, you will now find detailed lap times. After each session, you can see exactly who did what, where, and how fast. Perfect for the true stats fan.

Attention: existing accounts need to request a new password!

Are you already a GPblog user? You might wonder where your account went when trying to log in. Don’t panic — you just need to reset your password. After that, you’ll have full access to your account again.

In just a few simple steps, you’ll be back:

Because we switched platforms, we did not transfer your password automatically for security reasons. But with these easy steps, you’ll be back in no time:

  1. Go to the GPblog login page.
  2. Click on ‘Forgot password’.
  3. Enter the email address you normally use to log in.
  4. Check your inbox and click the link in the email you receive from us.
  5. Choose a new password and confirm.

And what about the app?

With the launch of the new website, support for the current app has unfortunately ended immediately. But no worries! We’re working hard behind the scenes on a brand-new app that will be available soon, so you can continue to enjoy GPblog on your smartphone.

More features coming soon

In the coming weeks and months, you can expect even more improvements. We have some great features in the pipeline to make GPblog even better for our community. Stay tuned!
