With the chance of a Miami Grand Prix growing more realistic by the day, Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton has joked that he's scared of the consequences of a win on South Beach, as the city is known for its nightlife.
When talking to UBS Formula One, Hamilton expressed his 'concerns' about a potential second American Grand Prix in Miami.
"A mate told me that there are plans for a Grand Prix in Miami," he said.
"The first thing I said was: 'I won't win there, because there would be way too big of a party if that happens'.
"There are a lot of women, a lot of distractions: wouldn't it be better to race there but not for championship points?"
The chance of the South Beach getting a Grand seems to be growing by the day, as Liberty Media have often stated that they want a second Grand Prix in the United States in a big city like Miami, New York or Los Angeles.
