Damon Hill believes the
Monaco Grand Prix should definitely stay on the calendar. The 62-year-old Briton wrote this in his column for
The Telegraph, adding that the race in the principality is the ultimate test for most
Formula 1 drivers.
Many
Formula 1 fans were cheering on the sofa on Sunday when it was announced that it was going to rain. The wet road surface made for spectacular and chaotic events at the Monaco circuit.
Hill on Monaco
Every year there seems to be debate about Monaco's continued existence on the calendar of motorsport's premier class. If it is up to Hill, the
Monaco Grand Prix will stay on the calendar for a long time to come.
"To a racing driver, Monaco is quite simply the ultimate test. It’s between you, your car, and the track.
