Formula 1 drivers faced very wet conditions in the third free practice session in Singapore.
Christian Horner reckons the same scenario could take place in qualifying or the race, which could just cause problems on track.
The Singapore circuit is known for being quite tight in several areas. As a result, slipperiness could easily cause dangerous situations. Horner hopes the teams will be spared this.
"It could well rain again before qualifying and it's pot luck during qualifying," the
Red Bull Racing team boss told
Sky Sports.
"It's all around us really. I think we've only had one wet race start here, you don't want it at this type of circuit. It's the same for everyone, let's see what the weather throws at us." Leclerc manages to convince in third practice
Charles Leclerc managed to record the fastest time on the board in the third session. He was a whopping five tenths faster than
Max Verstappen, putting him well ahead off the Dutchman.
Carlos Sainz, in turn, was almost five tenths behind Verstappen.
