Red Bull Racing and Max Verstappen's unbeaten run just keeps on going, as both win everything there is to win. Yet at some point, the thrumming dominance of Verstappen and Red Bull Racing will come to an end. Isn't team boss Christian Horner afraid of losing these series?
"You've just got to take things one step at a time. You guys have been asking about a winning streak since about race three, so you get used to that, and I think from our perspective as a team, we just try and take things one session at a time, one qualifying at a time, one race at a time, and stay in the now rather than project too far into the future," Says Horner.
The Austrian racing stable's team boss explains that there is much more happening than what you see on the outside. "But it's what goes on behind the scenes, the long hours, the hard work through all the different departments that go into producing these incredible cars. Obviously, motivation is sky-high in the factory."
"Obviously the race team and what you see trackside is the front face, the shop window of what we do," Horner concludes. The performance of Red Bull Racing and Verstappen has already pushed the formation out to a 310-point lead in the constructors' world championship.
