In London, it's 'mind the gap', but around the Speilberg track, it's 'mind the kerb' as they have played a key part in the build-up to this weekend's Grand Prix. Over the three practice sessions, at least one car has played victim to the kerbs.
In practice today, McLaren and Toro Rosso damaged their wings on the kerbs. Plenty of teams have warned their drivers on the radio about the yellow sausages on the side of the road. Honda F1 even made a joke about them on Twitter!
But what needs to be changed? The cars? Or the kerbs? Or the drivers?
The simple and easy answer is to the nightmare is for the drivers to stay off them. Anthony Davidson, former F1 driver and now Sky Sports commentator repeatedly said drivers should treat them as if they were walls at Monaco.
What do you think? Should they be removed?
