The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix has already caused a lot of controversy since it was announced. The criticism only increased when the organization announced that there would be clothing regulations that fans and staff had to adhere to. However, the organization of the Grand Prix reported that there will be no rules, as reported by Gazetta dello Sport. For both men and women the dress code was very clear. The most important rule was that they were only allowed to wear clothing that would cover most of the body. Skirts, dresses, shorts and shirts with short sleeves were all prohibited. Now the organization has announced that this is not the case anymore, which will be incredibly nice for the pit crew considering the warm temperatures.
No traditional clothing
The organization also announced that employees and fans do not have to wear traditional local clothing. Locals are required to cover their entire body, but that obligation will not apply to Formula 1 .
I will wear whatever I want to, what should I wear here to maximize my following?
So Lewis isn't permitted to wear his skirt?
Bummer.
Scr*w BLM & LTGBQXYZ
Rightly so. It's already wrong to go such country in the first place. But it's all about money in F1. BLM before the start is just one big joke and this "we race as one" are empty words, when at the same time you race in dictatorship countries where there are no human rights like Saudis and China and then Russia who is attacking Ukraine at the moment.
F*ck BLM & LTGBQXYZ... Keep that Nonsense out of F1...
I'lll bet that Ham the fashion queen will still arive at the paddock with an Hajib.
So what if he does
Then he'll look silly..
You got my back mate, can I throw people off tall buildings, what do you think, good for my cred?
I dont get it. Aren't people allowed to dress the way they choose?
Its his decision. I may not like it but would accept it.
I will probably make fun of it, but that i always do ??
