Daniel Ricciardo has vowed to push as hard as possible in his final two races for Red Bull. Last time out in Mexico, the Australian should have had at least finished second if it wasn't for another engine problem.
Ricciardo makes the change over to Renault next season, replacing Carlos Sainz. But first, he has business to do with his RB14 and he explains how he's looking forward to racing in Brazil.
"It’s a track that isn’t always that easy to pass on, but last year proved that it can be done and I’m looking forward to going back. The lap is quite short and lacks high-speed corners, but it’s definitely grown on me over the years," Ricciardo said in an interview on the checkered flag.
Ricciardo has failed to finish both of the last two Grands Prix. By the end of the Grand Prix weekend, qualifying on pole for the Mexcian race didn't calm any frustrations.
He has just two more races to endure before he gets his long needed break.
“It goes without saying that I’m looking for a strong finish to round off the season with the team and I will be pushing as hard as ever to achieve this," Ricciardo added.
