The days of
Romain Grosjean with Haas are coming to an end and with it the
Formula 1 seem to be numbered. His performance on the track often leaves much to be desired and team boss
Guenther Steiner has also finished a bit off the track with the Frenchman.
Last weekend in Russia, Grosjean made it clear on board radio what he thought was wrong with his car. That is not in Steiner's interest. We know this after his roast against
Kevin Magnussen in Canada last year. And now, his driver gets told off again.
Sarcastic Steiner
"He is very clear on TV about what he thinks of our car. Good for him. And he also talks to you journalists about it. I think he wants you to know that. He probably thinks it's good for me, that I don't have to talk to him first, but that I can listen to everything on TV right away. That way I have less work," says an extremely sarcastic Steiner to
Motorsport-Total.com and others.
Steiner then seems to be giving Grosjean the final push. "Maybe this is his way of supporting me in my choice of drivers. The [nagging] is getting old, we know what's wrong with the car".
