The line-up of drivers for Thursday's
FIA press event in Qatar has been announced. Before the
Qatar Grand Prix begins, 10 drivers will address the official press conference. These are the drivers who will be in the room on Thursday.
Verstappen not present at FIA press event
Conspicuously absent is
Max Verstappen, who is most likely to take his third
F1 title in a row in Qatar. The
Red Bull Racing driver may surpass teammate
Sergio Perez enough in the standings after the sprint race on Saturday to call himself the 2023 F1 champion. Instead of attending the press moment, the Dutchman will appear in the TV Pen on the paddock.
The 10 drivers who did attend the press conference were divided into two groups. The first group will take their seats at 17:30 local time. Half an hour later, it will be the second group's turn. The remaining 10 drivers appearing in front of the TV stations will keep the same schedule.
