Toto is doing politics, as always. The technical regulation is not going to change that much, it's more like a straight continuation. That's a rather faint possibility that "Anyone could find a loophole or bring an innovation". The Honda engine is still the weakest, even though it has improved a lot. Let's see the new 2019 spec and, above all, the reliability inside the RB15 chassis. Then after, if it overcomes the Renault, it will still be quite far from the others.
