Bahrein was a question of tyres and setup, not a question of engine power.. Since then, the engine has made a big step. But in the beginning of the season it was the weakest, by far.

Toto is doing politics, as always. The technical regulation is not going to change that much, it's more like a straight continuation. That's a rather faint possibility that "Anyone could find a loophole or bring an innovation". The Honda engine is still the weakest, even though it has improved a lot. Let's see the new 2019 spec and, above all, the reliability inside the RB15 chassis. Then after, if it overcomes the Renault, it will still be quite far from the others. Mercedes has won the title once again, they're now shifting from 2018 to 2019 development. They won't be late...
