Haha such frustrated and shameful people the British are. Just twisting the truth and living in a fantasy. Verstappen simply is the best. And the British have a hard time digesting this. 44x7 time legend: Lewis will be beaten again by Max. Or if not Max, then at least Leclerc. Just as he lost from Button, Rosberg, Russell twice and more or less Alonso. And every real F1 fan knows Lewis put Max in the wall with 15G. But hee you will never agree. But I don’t mind, because we have been winning anyway (and you can be frustrated)23-02-2025 22:39

Norris drove like a granny on Interlagos and needs to learn some humility FFS. I was surprised he didn’t get penalized for cutting corners and getting on the track with such a speed in the wet. It was very dangerous. Moreover he needed Oscar to step aside again to get up a spot. In the past Lando also said Lewis only won because of the car. The comment Max made during the press conference wasn’t meant to take the piss at the British media. I genuinely believe they were not present. How that for real love for F1? Anyway, it is good to see Max has proven once again he is still on top of everyone, by an arms length! A real champion (something Norris will never achieve).04-11-2024 19:27

Wasn’t it Lewis with the allegedly ‘Verstappen clause’ blocking a potential entry of the Dutchman to Mercedes? I am saying allegedly, because this hasn’t been proven, but still, Lewis imho always was a bit too fond of Bottas as second driver when he was driving the rocket Merc. Now the RB has the best car on the grid I guess Max won’t be keen to see Lewis taking Perez’ seat. So no this is not going to happen. As an F1 fan, however, I would like nothing more to see both champions battling each other with the same material.01-08-2023 14:13

I can’t recall Max saying he would actually beat Lewis in the same car. He did state that 80% of the drivers on the grid would become WC in the rocket Merc, which basically boils down tongue same thing imo.01-08-2023 14:19

I doubt if there is any driver on the grid who currently is able to challenge Max to be honest. Gasly, Albon and Checo are all very good drivers, but have been obliterated by Verstappen. I would definitely would like to see the old foxes Alonso or Hamilton besides Verstappen. That would definitively result in fireworks! But we all know that unfortunately is never ever going to happen…30-07-2023 01:17

RB doesn’t favour Max. He outclassed each and every team mate (disregarding his years as 17 year old rookie). It does make sense to build a team around the fastest driver and that is exactly what RB is doing. There is only one team where that is not the case: Mercedes. Toto still treats Lewis at his lap dog, whereas Russell actually beat him last season! I utterly do not know why George should play second fiddle, which he clearly is. And it doesn’t make sense. He is the future. Lewis clearly is not.28-07-2023 14:59
