F1 shouldn't be about developing technology that can be used in road cars. Obviously, if some of the tech can be transferred, then good. I don't think manufacturers should be in it just for that reason though, and the governing bodies shouldn't mandate anything like this. F1 is as much about the spectacle and entertainment as it is anything else. The best drivers in the best cars, the noise, smell, all what makes F1 what it is. We have Formula E for those who want it, drivers included. All of our sports are being used as platforms now for politics, and woke agendas, and they're no better for it.31-12-2021 18:27

Intellinge and race craft comes with time. It's a shame these 2 are at different ends of the spectrum regarding where their careers are at. I don't think LH will be racing when Max truly comes into his own, so we'll never really know who was the outright fastest.19-08-2021 20:30

Regarding all the neg comments about LH, I don't think you can knock his achievements. I'm not a fan of his but, credit where its due. As the saying in F1 goes, the best drivers end up in the best cars. That being said, I can understand why people don't like him. Personally, I don't like his politics, and the way he tried to force his views onto F1 in general, but you can blame the those who let him bring that into F1. BLM T Shirts, taking the knee etc has no place in F1. It can imagine how awkward it may be for some drivers, and team staff who want nothing to do with it either. Not wanting to be labelled a racist or a bigot by the woke, cancel culture brigade, so cave in. The fact that I now have to say I'm not a racist, or bigot proves how negative this all is.19-08-2021 20:20
