"The braking system must be designed so that, within each braking circuit, the forces applied to the brake pads are of the same magnitude and act as opposite pairs on a specific brake disc. " The FIA stated they had to add some lines to this rule as there was a loophole in their opinion. I think the FIA means the rule like this can be also explained as the force on the left and right brake pad on 1 brake disc have to be the same. It doesn't make sense to have different forces on the left and right brakepad on 1 brakedisk, but that's not the point. The point is that like this, it doesn't explicitly rule out different brakeforces on the left and right brakedisc if you can explain it as different forces on the left and right brakepad on 1 disc. Maybe I'm wrong on this explanation, but there's a reason why the FIA came up with an extra line stating explicitly the left and right brake disc on 1 shaft. Wether RBR had such a thing or not, if my explanation is right, the FIA couldn't punish RBR for possibly having such a valve, cause then it wasn't illegal. If I remember well the extra on this rule started after Miami. Already in Miami RBR wasn't as fast anymore and according to the rules they could have still used this valve as it was not illegal. Furthermore the FIA stated no team had been using a valve like this, so that includes RBR. On the bib thing, no one ever saw RBR changing something on this thing during parc ferme, not even on camera footage at parc ferme. The mechanics showed the FIA what was nescecary to change the height with this thing and also Ted was there with his camerateam and even Ted was convinced RBR couldn't have pulled this of during parc ferme. As far as I understood more teams are making use of this bib, but at these cars it's less easy to get to. So in both cases there's absolutely no prove RBR did something illegal and the FIA confirms this. Unless you don't believe the FIA on this, RBR didn't do anything illegal. If you don't believe the FIA on this, why still watch F1, cause then it's just a show like American wrestling. If there was something illegal this year up to now, it was some teams rear wing. In the end McLaren had to change their wings, not just to take away ant doubt, but Tombazis threatened to declare their car illegal if they didn't change their rear wing. From the start of this year up to now there weren't any rule changes on rear wings, so if Tombazis threatens McLaren and some other teams to change this one to make the cars legal, means they weren't always legal and the FIA has proof of this. Still the FIA didn't punish any team for these illegal cars. So, the FIA doesn't have any proof RBR got some illegal valve and doesn't have any proof RBR did something illegal with the bib. Still some people think the FIA turns a blind eye for RBR because they favour RBR in their opinion. Why didn't the FIA punish McLaren then when they have proven the McLaren was illegal?
