It's wet in the streets of Monaco, as soon becomes apparent during the formation lap. It was already postponed twice due to heavy rain. Things go wrong for Latifi when the race finally starts, as the Canadian hits the wall during the formation lap. The Williams driver was lucky though, as he was able to continue his race.
