Max Verstappen is clearly not happy after finishing third in qualifying for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. The Dutchman was beaten by his teammate for the first time in a long time, with
Sergio Perez set to start from the front row of the grid alongside
Lewis Hamilton.
The last time Verstappen was beaten by a teammate, was in the period with
Daniel Ricciardo. In
Imola, the Dutchman seemed to be the biggest challenger to Hamilton, but Perez eventually managed to set a faster time. Immediately after qualifying, the top three drivers were allowed to give their opinions on qualifying and Verstappen was clearly annoyed with the result.
Hamilton and Verstappen collide
Instead of going around his biggest rival, he ran his arm into the Brit, who secured his 99th pole position in Imola.
