Perez is GPblog Driver of the Day
It's none of the three. Sergio Perez is according to you the GPblog Driver of the Day. Verstappen's Mexican teammate made himself immortal by magisterially keeping Hamilton behind after the pitstops. The Mercedes driver couldn't get past Perez who did everything in his power to hold off Hamilton.
Perez managed to hold off Hamilton by more than a lap and Verstappen saw the gap to his title rival decrease from 8.5 to one second. The GPblog-readers were clearly impressed by this action. Verstappen came second with 21% of the votes.
