The first two free practice sessions of the Miami Grand Prix are over, allowing the Formula One teams to slowly prepare for qualifying, which is scheduled for Saturday night. But what time will this take place?

Compared to Friday's practice sessions, Saturday's program is scheduled a bit earlier in the evening. So the drivers may appear on the track at 18:00 to prepare in the third free practice for the big work that is coming up afterwards. The training ends at 19:00.

Then, at 21:00, qualifying takes place, in which the drivers can force a good starting position for Sunday's race. If this does not come to a halt due to red flags, we should know at 22:00 which driver may start from pole position in Miami.

Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen seem to be jointly deciding who gets to start at the front once again. Their teammates Sergio Perez and Carlos Sainz also seem to have a chance at the coveted position. Mercedes and McLaren, meanwhile, will be hoping to further narrow the gap to Ferrari and Red Bull.
