Lewis Hamilton complained bitterly after the Azerbaijan Grand Prix about his physical condition. According to the seven-time world champion, porpoising is a big problem and it is in the interest of Formula 1 that measures are taken as soon as possible. Although some F1 drivers support Hamilton, there are also opponents.

John Watson is one of them. The former Formula One driver, like Christian Horner, thinks that the seven-time world champion is acting up and that he should go to the gym more often if he has joint or bone problems.

Pain Hamilton real or exaggerated?

"Lewis needs to be careful not to act like a pantomime dame," said the Irishman, who has crossed the finish line first five times in his career in the king class of motor racing. Watson understands at The Mail + that a 37-year-old driver's body takes harsher blows than someone who is only just starting out, but he says that is no reason to keep complaining.

Hamilton demolished after Baku GP

After the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, it was clear to see that Hamilton was struggling to get out of his W13. For a while it was thought possible by Toto Wolff that the record-breaking champion would miss the Canadian Grand Prix, but on Monday Hamilton confirmed that he will just be at the start in Montreal.
