Binotto on Ferrari mistakes: 'No reason to change anything'

After the Hungarian Grand Prix, Ferrari was once again hit by a storm of criticism. Many people believe that it is time for Mattia Binotto to make changes to the pit wall, but the Ferrari team boss is not interested.
Binotto sees no reason for changes at Ferrari
Despite his team's strategic lapses in the first half of the season, Binotto sees no reason to intervene at the pit wall. "There’s nothing to change, I think it’s always a matter of confidence, learning, building, building experience, building skills," the Ferrari team boss said in conversation with Formula1.com.
In his own words, the Italian therefore has no reason to withdraw confidence - in anyone. "If I look again at the balance of the first half of the season there is no reason why we should change," he continued. According to Binotto, the key for Ferrari is to understand what went wrong in Hungary and be competitive in the rest of the races. "There is no reason why we will not be [competitive]," Binotto said.
