Max Verstappen will not be in the Netherlands until Thursday. The championship leader is currently taking a break at home in Monaco. Verstappen also realises that he has an intensive weekend ahead of him at his home race.
In a press release from his team Red Bull Racing, he says he is very much looking forward to the Dutch Grand Prix. "There’s a lot more downforce required at the track in Zandvoort so it will be harder for us to be dominant, I expect Ferrari to be strong there", Verstappen said.
At Zandvoort, Verstappen can take his tenth win of the season. "I of course want a good result but it's important to always score points, lets hope we can do a good job. It will be great to have my family there supporting me, I’m just going to enjoy the weekend with all the fans, it’s going to be pretty crazy."
