Despite Mercedes' disappointing performance, Toto Wolff is still having fun at the team. He also assures that he still has the full support of the shareholders at Daimler and Ineos and that his position as team boss is not under pressure.

Apart from being team boss, Wolff is also the main shareholder of Mercedes. He owns 33 percent of the shares, as do Daimler and INEOS. However, the 51-year-old Austrian does have to answer to his fellow shareholders: Ola Källenius, Daimler's chairman of the board, and INEOS founder Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
The disappointing results shown by Mercedes since the 2022 Formula 1 season do not mean that his position as team boss has come under pressure, according to Wolff. "The people in charge at Mercedes and Ineos are high-performance individuals, be it in their core business or in sports," he began in conversation with Speedcafe.net.
"We have all been through ups and downs, and there is not a millimetre of doubt….or there is so much support from them in order to get us back on track," Wolff continued. "We couldn’t wish for better support from either Jim or Ola and all the others that are associated with this."
