Red Bull Racing is enjoying an impressive Formula One season. After capturing the constructors' title, the Austrian racecourse is gearing up for another world title in the premier class of motorsport. Max Verstappen is on course to clinch his third world title in Qatar. So what has been the success in this Red Bull year?

Former Formula 1 driver David Coulthard sees the key to the team's success with Verstappen and Sergio Perez. "Christian has been the key," Coulthard told Formula1.com. "Designers, engineers, mechanics and drivers come and go, but the one constant has been Christian," the Briton said.

"He then focused on running his own team, which already identified him as a racing entrepreneur, and Red Bull knew him and backed him," Coulthard said. "I think the lion's share of the credit should definitely go to Christian," concluded the 52-year-old man from Twynholm, who managed to win a Formula One Grand Prix 13 times.

Horner said the other day that he was very pleased with Perez's P2 in the championship currently. The British team boss said that the Mexican driver from Guadalajara even had a one-week buffer with the lead he has over Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton. See what else he had to say here.
