Alpine will not copy Red Bull in 2024

Alpine wants to attack Red Bull: 'This is the strength within our team'

There is one team that every team will want to beat next year: Red Bull Racing. The Austrian racing team have handled the regulations introduced in 2022 best, resulting in two drivers' and constructors' championships. Alpine's technical director Matt Harman told Motorsport.com that they [Alpine] have now figured why Red Bull is doing so well.

Dominance like Red Bull's in 2023 has never been seen before. So it is a motivation for the other teams to beat that very team. In 2024, there will be many teams looking to change their cars to get close to the Austrian team.

Will Alpine copy Red Bull in 2024?

Alpine has now figured out what Red Bull do so well. Yet that is no reason to adopt the concept of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez 's car: "If we start imitating other teams, we will never end up ahead of them. I think the strength within our team is that we are inspired by the other teams, but we have to follow our own path."
