This is the official starting grid for the sprint race in China
Lando Norris starts the sprint race for the Chinese Grand Prix from pole position. After a great sprint shootout, the Briton will have to defend his spot against the three world champions behind him. Check out the final starting grid here.
Norris was by far the strongest in the third part of the sprint shootout on Friday. In SQ3, Norris achieved the fastest time by more than a second ahead of number two Lewis Hamilton. The seven-time world champion seemed to have pole position for a while until Norris' deleted time was reset.
On the second row are two world champions with Fernando Alonso and Max Verstappen. Alonso performed well, where Verstappen struggled with his RB20 in the slippery conditions. He still qualified ahead of Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez, who will start the sprint race from the third row of the grid.
