Max Verstappen managed to put his car in pole position in Imola despite Red Bull's problems during free practice. With this, the triple world champion will start from pole position for the eighth race in a row. This equals the record of Ayrton Senna, who also started from pole position eight times in a row. On X, he is praised for that feat.
