F1 Full Results | United States Qualifying: Norris claims pole ahead of Verstappen

Lando Norris has won qualifying at the Circuit of the Americas. Max Verstappen was quicker than the Briton on his final lap, but thanks to George Russell's crash, he could not improve. Carlos Sainz rounded off the Top 3 in the United States.

As a result of Russell's crash, no one could complete a second lap in Q3. Charles Leclerc therefore completes a Ferrari lockout of the second row of the grid, Oscar Piastri finishes fifth, and Russell has to settle for P6. Sergio Perez finishes in P10, after his first lap was deleted for track limits. It was a terrible session for Lewis Hamilton, who struggled in Q1 and finished only in P19.
