Max Verstappen has a sharp response to the British criticism he received
Max Verstappen has responded sharply to the criticism he received during the week between the Mexican and Brazilian Grands Prix. The Dutchman vowes not to listen to this criticism.
"The problem that Max has is that he simply refuses to concede any turf at all to anyone in an overtake. He's obviously got such brilliance and clearly a massive competitive spirit, but I don't think that was something to be proud of," former F1 world champion Damon Hill revealed. Verstappen has since responded to Hill's criticism.
Verstappen sharp: 'I'm not listening to that anyway'
Verstappen announced at Interlagos, not caring about the criticism. "I don't listen to those individuals. I just do my thing. I'm a three-time world champion. I think I know what I'm doing. Honestly, like I have my opinions. I don't need to share them," Verstappen said.
Verstappen will defend his lead over Norris this weekend. The gap between Verstappen and the Brit currently stands at 47 points.
